Clickezy does not intentionally publish private identity-verification documents as part of photographer profiles.
5. Ownership of Uploaded Content
Photographers retain ownership of their original photographs, videos, and other creative content, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
Uploading content to Clickezy does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to Clickezy.
By uploading content, photographers grant Clickezy the permissions described in its Terms & Conditions to host, process, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and provide the platform.
Clickezy does not claim ownership of photographers’ original creative works merely because they are uploaded to the platform.
Photographers must ensure they have the necessary permissions for images or videos featuring identifiable individuals, including children, where applicable.
6. Mobile Application Permissions
The Clickezy Photographer App may request permissions necessary for specific features.
Camera
Used when a photographer chooses to capture a photograph or video through the application.
Photos and Media
Used to select, upload, and manage photographs and videos.
Microphone
Used when recording videos with audio through supported application features.
Notifications
Used to deliver relevant account, security, and application notifications.

Clickezy provides an account deletion feature within the Photographer App.
To request account deletion:
- Open the Clickezy Photographer App.
- Sign in to your account.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Complete the required identity verification and confirmation steps.
Once the deletion request is verified and confirmed, Clickezy will initiate the account deletion process.
The deletion process covers associated personal information and uploaded content, including:
- Photographer profile information
- Portfolio photographs
- Uploaded reels and videos
- Photography packages
- Account-related personal information
- KYC information, subject to applicable legal requirements
Information that must be retained under applicable law may be excluded from immediate deletion.
Where necessary, data associated with other users, disputes, or legally required records may be deleted, anonymized, or retained in accordance with applicable law.
