1. Introduction

Welcome to the Clickezy Community.

Clickezy is a digital platform designed to help photographers showcase their creative work, build professional portfolios, publish photography reels, and present their photography services.

These Community Guidelines establish standards for content, conduct, and interactions across the Clickezy website and mobile applications.

Our objective is to create a professional, respectful, authentic, and secure environment where photographers can share their creativity and build their professional presence.

These Guidelines apply to all users of Clickezy, including photographers, photography studios, and visitors who interact with Platform features.

By using Clickezy, users agree to comply with these Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, and applicable laws.

2. Authenticity and Professional Conduct

Clickezy encourages authentic professional representation.

Users must:

  • Provide accurate profile information.
  • Represent their photography experience truthfully.
  • Upload work they own or are authorized to publish.
  • Respect other photographers and creative professionals.
  • Maintain professional and respectful communication.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Users must not:

  • Impersonate another photographer or business.
  • Create fraudulent or misleading accounts.
  • Claim another photographer’s work as their own.
  • Misrepresent professional qualifications or experience.
  • Publish deliberately false or deceptive information.

Clickezy may review accounts where authenticity concerns arise.

3. Photography and Video Content Standards

Clickezy allows photographers to upload visual content, including:

  • Portfolio photographs
  • Photography reels
  • Professional projects
  • Event photography
  • Wedding and pre-wedding photography
  • Portrait and fashion photography
  • Commercial and product photography
  • Other lawful photography-related content

All uploaded content must comply with these Guidelines and applicable laws.

Photographers are responsible for ensuring that their content is lawful, authentic, and appropriately authorized for publication.

4. Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are prohibited.

4.1 Illegal Content

Content that violates applicable law, including material involving illegal activities or unlawful exploitation.

4.2 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Any material depicting, promoting, facilitating, or involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children is strictly prohibited.

Clickezy may remove such content, suspend relevant accounts, and report matters to competent authorities as required by law.

4.3 Non-Consensual Intimate Content

Users must not upload or distribute intimate images or videos without the necessary consent and lawful authorization.

4.4 Harassment and Threats

Content that threatens, harasses, bullies, intimidates, or targets individuals with abusive conduct is prohibited.

4.5 Hate Speech

Content that unlawfully promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics is prohibited.

4.6 Graphic Violence

Content depicting extreme or gratuitous violence, unlawful abuse, or exploitation may be restricted or removed.

4.7 Fraudulent or Misleading Content

Users must not publish content intended to deceive others through impersonation, fabricated professional credentials, fraudulent offers, or misleading representations.

4.8 Malicious Content

Uploading malware, harmful links, or material intended to compromise user accounts, devices, or Platform systems is prohibited.

4.9 Privacy Violations

Users must not disclose another person’s sensitive personal information without lawful authorization.

This includes identity documents, private contact details, financial information, passwords, and other confidential information.

6. Photographs Featuring Individuals

Photographers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary legal rights and permissions to publish photographs or videos featuring identifiable individuals.

This responsibility may include obtaining appropriate authorization from clients, models, event participants, or other relevant individuals.

Photographers must respect privacy, confidentiality, and applicable publicity rights.

Clickezy may remove or restrict content where credible privacy or consent-related concerns arise.

7. Photographs and Videos Featuring Children

Clickezy recognizes that photographs featuring children require additional care.

Photographers must ensure that publication of such content is lawful and appropriately authorized.

Users must not upload content that:

  • Exploits or endangers children.
  • Violates applicable child-protection laws.
  • Reveals sensitive personal information about children without lawful authorization.
  • Depicts child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Violates the privacy or safety rights of minors.

Clickezy may prioritize review of reported content involving potential risks to children.

8. Reels and Video Publishing

Reels allow photographers to showcase their creativity through short-form video content.

Users must ensure that uploaded reels comply with copyright, privacy, and safety requirements.

Photographers must have the necessary rights to any music, audio recordings, video clips, or third-party materials included in their reels.

Clickezy may restrict or remove reels that violate these Guidelines.

Content may be technically processed for compression, transcoding, streaming, thumbnail generation, and delivery.

9. Photography Packages and Service Information

Photographers may publish details of their photography services and packages.

Information should be accurate, transparent, and not misleading.

Photographers should clearly describe:

  • Services offered
  • Package prices
  • Service duration
  • Photography deliverables
  • Equipment and team information
  • Relevant limitations or conditions

Users must not advertise fraudulent services, deliberately misrepresent prices, or make deceptive claims.

Clickezy does not guarantee customer enquiries, bookings, or earnings.

10. Spam and Platform Manipulation

Users must not engage in activities intended to manipulate Platform functionality or mislead other users.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Automated spam
  • Fake accounts
  • Fraudulent engagement
  • Unauthorized scraping
  • Repetitive unsolicited promotions
  • Malicious links
  • Attempts to bypass Platform security
  • Artificial manipulation of visibility or engagement

Clickezy may restrict accounts or content associated with such activities.

11. Reporting Inappropriate Content

Users may report content or accounts that they believe violate these Guidelines or applicable law.

Reports may concern:

  • Copyright infringement
  • Stolen photographs
  • Impersonation
  • Harassment
  • Privacy violations
  • Fraudulent accounts
  • Illegal content
  • Child safety concerns
  • Other prohibited activities

Where an in-app reporting feature is available, users may use it to submit reports.

Please include sufficient information to identify the content or account and explain the concern.

Users should not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in reports.

12. Content Review and Moderation

Clickezy may review content or accounts where:

  • A user submits a complaint.
  • Content is identified as potentially unlawful.
  • Security or fraud concerns arise.
  • Applicable law requires action.
  • A violation of these Guidelines is reasonably suspected.

Depending on the circumstances, Clickezy may:

  • Request clarification.
  • Restrict content visibility.
  • Remove prohibited content.
  • Require correction of misleading information.
  • Temporarily suspend an account.
  • Permanently terminate an account.
  • Refer matters to competent authorities where legally required.

Moderation decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law and Platform policies.

Where required, Clickezy will provide applicable notice and complaint or appeal procedures.

13. Repeated Violations

Repeated or serious violations may result in stronger enforcement action.

Examples include:

  • Repeated copyright infringement.
  • Fraudulent account creation.
  • Persistent harassment.
  • Uploading unlawful or exploitative content.
  • Repeated privacy violations.
  • Attempts to evade previous account restrictions.

Clickezy may permanently terminate accounts where justified and legally permissible.

14. Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

Users must not:

  • Share passwords or OTPs with unauthorized persons.
  • Attempt to access another person’s account.
  • Use stolen credentials.
  • Circumvent authentication or security controls.
  • Misuse another person’s identity-verification documents.

15. Respectful Community Participation

Clickezy encourages photographers to support one another and engage constructively.

Users should:

  • Respect other creators.
  • Provide constructive feedback.
  • Avoid abusive or discriminatory behavior.
  • Respect creative ownership.
  • Maintain professional communication.
  • Report genuine concerns responsibly.

Users must not knowingly submit false reports to harass or disadvantage other photographers.

16. Platform Responsibility

Clickezy provides digital tools for photographers to publish professional content and manage their presence.

Photographers remain responsible for the content they upload and the accuracy of their professional representations.

Clickezy does not independently endorse every photographer or guarantee the authenticity, quality, or suitability of every service displayed.

Clickezy may take reasonable steps to investigate complaints and enforce these Guidelines in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Guidelines limits any mandatory legal responsibility of Clickezy.

17. Privacy and Personal Information

Clickezy processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Users must respect the privacy rights of others when publishing photographs, videos, profile information, or other content.

Private identity-verification information, including Aadhaar-related information, must not be publicly disclosed through portfolios or reels.

Users may contact hello@clickezy.com regarding privacy concerns.

18. Appeals and Disputes

Users who believe their content or account has been incorrectly restricted may contact:

support@clickezy.com

Appeal requests should include:

  • Registered account information
  • Identification of the affected content or account
  • A brief explanation of the concern
  • Relevant supporting information

Clickezy will review requests in accordance with applicable law and its moderation procedures.

19. Changes to These Guidelines

Clickezy may update these Community Guidelines to reflect changes in Platform functionality, safety practices, legal requirements, or community standards.

Updated Guidelines will be published on the Clickezy website with a revised Last Updated date.

Where required by applicable law, users will receive appropriate notice of material changes.
