ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION POLICY

At Clickezy, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

This Account & Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request permanent deletion of their Clickezy accounts and associated personal data.

Clickezy is owned and operated by Clickezy Technovations Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.

We are committed to handling account deletion requests securely, transparently, and in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

Clickezy provides users with the ability to request permanent deletion of their accounts.

When you request account deletion, Clickezy initiates the removal of your account and associated personal information from its active systems, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Account deletion is permanent once completed and cannot ordinarily be reversed.

Deleting your account also removes access to your photographer profile, portfolio, reels, and other account-related features.

Photographers can request account deletion directly through the Clickezy mobile application.

After confirmation, Clickezy will initiate the account deletion process.

Your account access may be disabled while the deletion process is completed.

If you cannot access your account or the Clickezy application, you may submit a deletion request by email.

For security reasons, Clickezy may require additional verification before processing your request.

Do not email your Aadhaar number, Aadhaar card photograph, password, or OTP.

You do not need to reinstall the application to submit a deletion request by email.

When your account deletion request is verified and processed, Clickezy will delete associated personal data from its active systems, unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law.

The deletion process covers the following categories.

Although Clickezy aims to delete account-associated personal information, certain records may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law.

Any retained information will be limited to the relevant lawful purpose.

Clickezy will not continue using retained information for unrelated marketing purposes.

Retained information will be protected through appropriate security measures and deleted when the applicable retention requirement ends.

Clickezy recognizes that photographs and videos may represent valuable creative work.

When a photographer permanently deletes their account, Clickezy will initiate deletion of the photographer’s associated portfolio media from its active systems.

This includes relevant original files, processed media, thumbnails, and other stored copies under Clickezy’s control.

Where media has been delivered through caching or content delivery systems, Clickezy will take appropriate steps to remove or invalidate those copies.

Photographers should download or separately back up any content they wish to retain before confirming account deletion.

Clickezy cannot guarantee removal of copies independently downloaded, captured, or lawfully retained by third parties outside its control.

Clickezy uses infrastructure and hosting services, including:

• Microsoft Azure
• Hostinger

Account information and uploaded media may be stored or processed through these services.

When account deletion is processed, Clickezy will initiate removal of the relevant account information and media from active systems under its control.

Some data may remain temporarily in protected backups until the applicable backup retention period expires.

Clickezy will restrict access to retained backup information and prevent its use for ordinary account operations.

If backup information is restored, applicable deletion requests must be respected during the restoration process.

Deleting a Clickezy account removes access to account-based services.

If paid subscription services are introduced, account deletion will not necessarily cancel an independently managed subscription or payment authorization.

Users may need to cancel subscriptions separately through the applicable billing provider, including Apple or Google, where relevant.

Applicable subscription cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed before a paid service is purchased.

Account deletion does not automatically create a right to a refund unless required by applicable law or the relevant subscription terms.

To prevent unauthorized account deletion, Clickezy may verify that the person requesting deletion is the legitimate account holder.

Clickezy will not require users to disclose their passwords or OTPs to support personnel.

Additional identity information will only be requested where reasonably necessary and lawful.

Clickezy will begin processing verified account deletion requests without unnecessary delay.

Deletion from active systems and expiration of protected backup copies may occur at different times.

Where applicable law establishes a mandatory deadline, Clickezy will comply with that requirement.

Users may contact support@clickezy.com for information about the status of their deletion request.

Once your account has been permanently deleted:

• You will no longer be able to access the deleted account.
• Your photographer profile will no longer be available through the Platform.
• Your associated portfolio and reels will be removed from active Platform services.
• Your photography packages will no longer be displayed.
• Your account-related personal information will be deleted, subject to lawful retention exceptions.
• Previously deleted content may not be recoverable.

If you later wish to use Clickezy again, you may need to create a new account and complete the applicable registration and verification process.

Account deletion is different from temporary account deactivation.

Clickezy will clearly distinguish between these actions wherever both options are offered.

Content that has previously been made public may have been viewed, downloaded, shared, or captured by third parties.

Deleting your Clickezy account does not necessarily remove copies independently held by those third parties.

Clickezy will take reasonable steps to remove content from systems under its control but cannot guarantee deletion from unrelated external systems.

Users may contact Clickezy if they believe content remains accessible through Platform-controlled services after account deletion.

Clickezy Photographer accounts are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

If we become aware that an account was created by an ineligible minor or that personal information has been processed contrary to applicable children’s privacy requirements, we will take appropriate action.

Requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.

Clickezy may update this Account & Data Deletion Policy to reflect changes in:

• Application functionality
• Data storage and infrastructure
• Account deletion procedures
• Applicable laws
• Security and privacy practices

Updated versions will be published on the Clickezy website with a revised Last Updated date.

Where legally required, users will receive additional notice of material changes.
